Hanger 2 Walkthrough

Hanger 2 is the sequel to the ragdoll game, Hanger. Hanger 2 features improved graphics, 8-bit-style music, twenty-three new levels, and twelve achievements.

The objective of Hanger 2 is to make it past the finish line in each level. In order to do this, you must swing from surface-to-surface, similar to the famous Marvel Comics superhero, Spider-Man. Unlike Spidey, however, you do not have a spider-sense, and ramming into walls will cause you to lose body parts. If you lose too many body parts or fall off of the stage, you will fail the level and have to start over from its beginning. You may retry levels as many times as you need to. Hanger 2 automatically saves your progress, so you may try to improve your score on levels that you have already completed, or you may return to this ragdoll game at a later time if you need to take a break.

In order to travel from from surface-to-surface in Hanger 2, you will have to use inertia. Begin swinging back and forth to gain momentum, then release your rope as you are moving forward to fling yourself in that direction. Releasing at the bottom of the pendulum causes shallow vertical movement, while releasing later will cause you to arch higher into the air. Make sure to redeploy your rope before falling below the bottom of the screen!

In Hanger 2, bonus points are scored at the end of each level based on your performance. Your score will be reduced by one thousand points for each rope that you use and two thousand points for each limb that you lose. Your score will be increased by five thousand points if you managed to collect the star on the level. It is a good idea to use as few ropes and to retain as many body parts as possible if you want to score big in this ragdoll game. It may not be a good idea to collect stars unless you can do so without using extra ropes or losing limbs.

Hanger 2 is a well-made and addicting physics game. If you enjoyed the first Hanger, or if you are just a fan of ragdoll games, then you will want to check out Hanger 2!
